What are Stored Value Accounts?   To Top

  • Stored Value Accounts are:
    • Funds that can be used for purchases on campus.
    • The Stored Value Accounts are Flex (a universal, non-enriched account), Bookstore (can only be spent in the USI Bookstore), and Munch Money (which can only be spent on food or beverages on campus or purchases at the Convenience Store).
    • Munch Money expires at the end of the Spring Semester.

What is the refund policy?   To Top

  • Refunds are only available for Flex Dollars upon withdrawal or graduation. Munch Money is non-refundable.

What do I do if I lost my card or my card was stolen?   To Top

  • On this site, log in and go to Card Services and deactivate your card immediately. Once deactivated, no one can use your card. You will not be responsible for any transactions after your card has been deactivated if it is used. If you find your card, log in and reactivate your card.

What can I do on this site once I sign in?  To Top

  • Signing in allows you to:
    • View your account balance.
    • Manage your account.
    • Make a deposit.
    • And more.

Why do I need to enter the first name the same way as it is on record?  To Top

  • If the name does not match with what is on file, you will not be able to connect to your account.
